Why Our Story exists
A book made from ordinary days.
Our Story was created for couples who want to remember real life together—not only trips, anniversaries, and polished highlights.
One small ritual
Each person captures one real photo from the day. A note is optional. Neither partner sees the other person’s contribution before both have submitted, so the finished page still holds a small surprise. When both are ready, the page is revealed and becomes part of Our Book.
The idea is intentionally narrow. Our Story is not a public social network, messaging app, game, quiz, advice service, or advertising platform. It is a private daily photo journal for two people.
What the app values
Privacy
No public profiles or social feed. Couple photo content is limited to the authenticated couple.
Presence
The camera is used for one real daily moment rather than importing a polished backlog.
Intention
Both people contribute before the page is opened together.
Continuity
Completed days gather into a shared history that can be revisited over time.
Built with clear boundaries
Our Story uses anonymous Firebase Authentication, Firestore for journal functionality, and private Supabase storage for photos. It has no ads, cross-app tracking, payments, subscriptions, or AI in Version 1. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
